These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the e-commerce website www.rwimmigration.ca (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by RW Immigration Services Incorporated (the “Company”).

These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of goods and services available on the Site, including the DIY (Do-it-yourself) Immigration Kit and Canada Immigration Consultation Service by a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). Payment for goods and services is due in full at the time of ordering.
All information, descriptions, or images provided about the goods and services on the Site are as accurate as possible. However, the Company is not legally bound by such information, and you agree to purchase goods and services from the Site at your own risk. The Company reserves the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order at any time. If the Company cancels your order and has already processed your payment, you will receive a refund equal to the amount you paid.
Payments
The Site accepts payments by credit card and bank electronic funds transfer. When you provide payment information, you authorize the Company to charge the amount due to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. If you and the Company are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, you agree to first submit the issue to a non-binding mediator and, if mediation fails, to an arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and the Company. Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and the Company retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to seek injunctive
